Receptionist – Shenzhen
Position Description:
1. Female, handle daily calls and visitors; arrange meeting room and relevant schedules.
2. Assisting with other related office administration & HR affairs, facsimile letter receiving and dispatching, catering and conference room organization, ordering office stationery and delivery, etc.
3. Other duties as specified by Manager.
Past Experience:
1. Good written and spoken English, especially with telephone knowledge.
2. Pleasant voice and behavior, with good commercial etiquette.
3. Team work and excellent communication skills are a must, as is being able to work under pressure.
4. Familiar with PC programs.
Education & Training:
1. College degree.
2. Major in English or management.
3. Minimum one year’s reception experience.
