Manufacturing Director - Shenzhen
Position Description:
United Foodservice Equipment Ltd (an Australian invested Chinese company) is a leading and well-established OEM / ODM commercial appliance manufacturer located in China. We specialize in producing a wide range of commercial electric & gas cooking equipment for leading global foodservice equipment brands.
We are now looking for a high quality candidate to lead our modern manufacturing operation in Zhuhai, China.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for manufacturing operation and formulate overall production plan with management strategies to ensure its productivity and effectiveness.
2.Responsible for budget preparation and internal cost control, implement long or short term strategic plans.
3.Implement production systems, monitor production activities, work flows and procedures in daily factory operation for efficiency, quality control and on-time delivery.
4.Ensure the corrective actions and preventive measures are properly implemented in production lines to find out root causes of defective products on time.
5.Identify and recommend the needed machines, equipments or workforce in case of production increase or company expansion.
6.Provide proper training for all production personnel.
7.Liaise with various sections to meet company’s goal and targets.
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1.University graduate or above in mechanical/electronic engineering or related disciplines.
2.Over 15 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry, in which at least 10 years among senior management level.
3.Familiar with modern concept of manufacturing operation, cost calculation and control.
4.Hardworking with positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
5.Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
6.Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
7.Being tactful in handling various issues in a timely manner.
8.Excellent communication skills in written English will be preferable.
