HR Assistant - Shenzhen
Position Description:
1.Assist HR manager handle human resource & administration work for the Volume Group
2.Coordinate related Department to arrange staff annual leave, work attendance, purchase & delivery stationery and order lunch, etc.
3.Assist to HR department fulfill and be responsible for HR operation, such as recruitment, work performance, staff training, establish employee relationship and employment contract & compensation, etc.
4.Ensure company is a happy and warm work environment
5.Handle with HR related issues
6.Other tasks as directed by Manager.
Past Experience:
1.Familiar with at least one tool for work preference
2.Experienced in developing and conducting training and employee opinion survey
3.Self- motivated and possess excellent teamwork spirit
4.Able to work under pressure & independently
5.Good communication in English both oral and written and PC skills
6.Good organizational and time management skills.
Education & Training:
1.Female, college or above, major in management or related
2.At least one years work experience in HR & Admin department for foreign company.
