Factory Manager – Zhuhai
Position Description:
1.Manage and lead daily operations of the factory
2.Define and maintain general operational systems, policies and procedures for efficient and effective management control
3.Formulate and execute business operational strategies in line with Company targets
4.Production planning and supervision
5.Factory organization
6.Monitor manufacturing efficiency, waste control, quality and maintenance
7.Occupational Health & Safety
8.Raw Material management
9.Maintaining Quality Assurance requirements / records
10.Quality Control Management
11.Staff rosters, management and team development
12.Attend weekly production meetings
13.Participate in regular planning meetings
14.Preventative machine maintenance scheduling
Past Experience:
1.10 years minimum manufacturing experience in a relevant manufacturing environment of which five (5) years has been at a senior management level.
2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Must have strong leadership and problem solving skills
3.Be patient and understanding whilst being focused on achieving Company goals.
4.ISO experience is essential.
5.Knowledge of Kanban, Six Sigma or alternative lean production methods and their implementation is essential.
6.IT literate, able to use ERP systems, Microsoft programs etc.
7.Immediate availability is an advantage.
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline.
